This courting of Napoleon lately has this certain "hands across the water" vibe that's kind of unbecoming of that typical stiff upper lip.

Yep, stiff upper lips are something you really can't help people develop if they don't want to...but, we PMs just can't help ourselves, eh? Always the misguided do gooders of the World.

Should stick to handing out credenzas and chifarobes.
